REPLACE YOUR MIRROR COVERS

Euro Racing Parts offers glossy black or carbon replica mirror caps for many BMW models.

Our covers replace the original ones fitted to your vehicle and are very easy to install; you don't need to call a mechanic or be a skilled handyman.

We have put together an assembly guide for you; the model shown is a BMW 3 Series E90.

Our DIY tutorial

Prerequisites:

Make sure your workspace is sufficiently bright and uncluttered (garage, parking space, shared courtyard, etc.)

You can use a plastic lever, however you should be able to unclip your original BMW mirror covers with your fingers.

Step 1:
Remove the glass from your rearview mirror. To do this, unclip it starting from the bottom left corner. We suggest using a plastic pry tool.

Step 2:
Remove the rearview mirror glass motor by removing the Torx T10 screw holding it in place.

Step 3:

Using a flathead screwdriver inserted into the notches provided for this purpose (see photo), unclip your mirror cover.

Using your fingers or a plastic pry tool, unclip your rearview mirror cover. We recommend starting from the outside or inside and working your way around until you have completely removed your mirror cover.

Step 4:
Now that your mirror housing is removed, you can install our Euro Racing Parts mirror housings. With both hands firmly in place, clip them onto the rest of your mirror. Make sure all the clips are securely fastened. Then, reverse the disassembly steps.

Final step:
