Restore your dull headlight lenses with our polymerization headlight restoration kit
Cloudy headlights compromise your visibility at night, endangering your safety on the road. Furthermore, your car will fail its roadworthiness test.
Our Headlight Restoration Kit by Polymerization offers an effective solution to restore the clarity of your headlights, thus improving the visibility and appearance of your vehicle.
CONTENTS OF THE OPAQUE HEADLIGHT RESTORATION KIT:

- Heated atomizing cup with 220V mains power supply.
- Pouring spout and funnel
- 100 ml bottle of polymerization product
- Six sheets of wet/dry sandpaper (P180-P240-P360-P600-P800-P1200)
HOW TO RENOVATE YOUR OPAQUE HEADLIGHTS?

1. Clean the outside of the headlight with soap and water.
2. Mask around your lens with masking tape.
3. Use wet/dry sandpaper to sand the headlight (always in the same direction, making sure the headlight remains wet to avoid scratches): use the following grits in order: P180, P240, P360, P600, P800, P1200, P1500, and P2000 if necessary, depending on the condition of your headlight. Remember, sanding must be done wet.
4. Pour the polymer product into the cup (more than half full: between 80 and 100 ml) and connect it to a 220V mains socket to produce steam (be careful not to leave it plugged in without liquid or you risk damaging the cup!).
5. Apply to the lens from bottom to top (wait 4 hours before wetting the headlight again).
How does the headlight restoration kit using polymerization work?
Vapor curing involves applying a heated polymer mist to the headlight. This process reacts with the plastic, filling micro-scratches and restoring perfect transparency to the lens. The result: a smooth, transparent surface protected against UV rays.
Advantages of headlight polymerization
- Limited cost : Headlight curing is generally less expensive than traditional headlight polishing, especially when done professionally. Even if you do it yourself, the cost of equipment can be prohibitive, particularly when using an orbital or dual-action polisher.
- A much simpler process : Polishing and varnishing headlights can be a complex process requiring specialized equipment and expertise. DIY kits may be available, but the process can still be difficult for beginners.
